Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Green Atom website and any quote or order placed through it. By using the site you agree to them.

Green Atom supplies licensed businesses on a business-to-business basis. Our products are not for direct consumer sale. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are acting for a business that holds any licences required for the products you order.

Prices shown on the site are indicative and quoted excluding VAT unless stated. VAT is added at 15% on your quote. Items marked “POA” (price on application) are quoted by our team based on your specification.

A quote you build and submit is a request, not a binding order. Pricing, availability and lead times are confirmed by our team, who will revert with a finalised quote.

An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing and agree pricing and terms. Until an online payment gateway is enabled, payment is arranged by bank transfer or as otherwise agreed. Production begins once payment terms are met.

Lead times are estimates and depend on specification, volume and stock. Custom and imported items (for example custom-colour packaging) carry longer lead times, which we will confirm on your quote.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork, logos or branding you supply for printing. The Green Atom name, logo and site content remain our property.

To the extent permitted by law, Green Atom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. This document is a working draft and will be finalised with our legal advisor before go-live.
